New Border Control Laws for all Arriving Passengers

New laws for tourists and workers coming to New Oras

From 26/12/2025, all new visitors need to ensure they have the correct entry documents for New Oras. These rules differ depending on the passport/ID of issue the traveller is wishing to use. New Oras still does not require passengers to hold a passport to enter the country as long as they have a valid government ID and any other necessary travel documents. New Oras Citizens should follow normal travel advice unless other information is issued.

UK Citizens

This excludes those from the Isle of Man, any British Channel Island countries or other overseas British Territories (Not including Gibraltar) - Any travellers from these countries should follow "Rest of World Part A" guidance.

UK Citizens are required to hold a valid New Oras Visa Card (OVC) when entering New Oras. OVCs can be applied for online or in person at your local council office. The OVC can be sent to any Mainland UK address or collected upon arrival at New Oras at any Digital Visa Terminal in the airport.
UK Citizens can also apply for an OVC upon arrival in New Oras from a Digital Visa Terminal in the airport. UK Citizens arriving by Oras Port or any other form of entry must have an OVC before arrival.
An OVC is only valid when carrying a UK Government-issued ID. This may include, but is not limited to, a passport, a driver's license and a Digital ID. (Please note: Some Student ID's are accepted. Valid institutions must have a student union which is a full member of the National Union of Students.) ID must have a current photo of the cardholder and contain the full legal name. (Preferred names may be listed, but cannot be used instead of the legal name)
