New Oras Visa Card Application Forms
Required documentation for all tourists and workers entering New Oras
All travellers into New Oras are required to hold a valid New Oras Visa Card (OVC) when entering the country from the 26th December 2025. OVC application guidance varies depending on the country of residence. Please follow the relevant information for your country below.
If you are a resident of one of the following countries, you will need to fill out a T-OVC-01A form.

To have an OVC issued, visit your country's New Oras Embassy with a valid form of government-issued ID, a completed T-OVC-01A form and a form of payment to pay the visa fee. EU/EAA members may visit any New Oras Embassy within the EU/EAA countries with a valid form of government-issued ID, a completed T-OVC-01A form and a form of payment to pay the visa fee. You can also gain a visa on arrival in New Oras. When getting a visa on arrival, the T-OVC-01A form does not apply. You must carry a form of government-issued ID at all times in New Oras alongside your OVC.
In rare cases, you may need to take part in an interview as part of your visa application. This will be conducted in person, at your country's embassy. If you are from an EEA/EU country, this will be conducted at the embassy office you applied at. If you are unable to travel to your country's embassy due to cost or health reasons (not an exhaustive list of reasons), you can request a digital interview.

You will need to take the completed T-OVC-01B1 form to your country's New Oras Embassy with a form of government-issued ID and a form of payment to pay for the visa fee. You must carry a form of government-issued ID at all times in New Oras alongside your OVC.

This will be confirmed with you via your preferred method of contact as listed on the T-OVC-01B2 form. You will not have to pay for your government-issued ID to be mailed back to you if you are denied an OVC or if you withdraw from your OVC application.
